I found my own financing at 4.99% and was told that Flow had obtained financing with a better rate. At delivery and document signing the rate was substantially higher. Also there was a very high-pressure sales tactic to purchase additional insurance packages. I would have walked away if I did not have 1000 deposit already in place.
