VW Asheville performed my diagnostic appointment within two days of my call. They worked out the repair with the warranty company and returned it to me the next day. They also performed a recall while it was in the shop, so it was gas and efficient. Good communication

Because this 3rd time brought car in for same thing, heater turns cold and have to keep turning up the level then still have cool air. This time was told out of warranty and I had to pay for diagnostic test. Then informed of several things that needed to be fixed and still no answer on what was going on with heating system, that has been doing this for 3 years, which time car was still under warranty.

I have a brand new Volkswagen with 28,000 miles on it that needs 6,200 repair that is not covered under warranty under some ridiculous clause or omission. I heard that it happens commonly per the service department and when asked why sales didn't let me know the reply was why would they? I bought two tiguan's from this dealership and planned on buying two new ones soon but now I'm going to sink so much money into the car I'm scared to own another Volkswagen. I don't think I've ever been this angry in my entire life.
