Really helpful and friendly service department. Wish VW engineering would solve the problem of random alarm going off.

Overall I had a great experience. The sales person was prepared and waisted no time in providing me information and making my choice easy.

Great service Well done I was disappointed to find out tire rotation was not included on my servicing. It has always been included in all the Fords I have purchased new.

Our salesman, Brendon Burgess was hard working, determined to make it happen for us. Will recommend him to everyone.

Overall everything went very smooth and I was able to quickly pick up my car. Unfortunately the level 3 charger was out due to Hellene which I did not realize. This would be a nice thing to share when making an appointment but other than that everything went well.

The buying process was just ok. After i purchased the car there was a giant pen mark on the side door leather. No one would get it out at the dealership and i was told i had to then make a service appt. It was a brand new 2025 atlas. Which the dealership had for a week before i purchased it- they should fully inspect their cars prior to selling. And the sales associate should not ask multiple times for a 5 star rating if they are not providing 5 star service. Left a bad taste in my mouth and i don’t really want to go back to the dealership ever now.
