If you tell someone you are ordering parts and they will be in on Saturday but can’t start car till Monday and it will be done Monday. You should keep true to your timeframe when you’re not giving a loaner
Car. But to not communicate and have to chase down your car is horrible. Wait my car wasn’t done till Thursday we only found out because we called several times
