The service was performed well. I was told the car would be washed, but there is bird feces on the side of the car that was not washed off. I wonder if it was really washed.

My service advisor John is very knowledgable and willing to take whatever time is necessary to communicate information and answer my questions. He is always smiling and upbeat, even when he has to miss the Flow team meeting free lunch to finish serving his customers. As long as he's working there, I'll be going to Asheville's Flow dealership to get service work done.

I've got an engine noise at 1300 rpm, you diagnosed it as an air flow noise. It's definitely a mechanical issue, not wind flow. It was late in the afternoon when I picked up the car , so I didn't say anything to the service advisor.
