    I brought my 2022 VW car into diagnose a problem with the breaks. The problem was diagnosed and services offered to remedy the problem, however the mechanic wrote in his report "Checked and found that the front rotors are warped (aftermarket installed), needs front pads and rotors replaced". This implies that I have taken my car elsewhere (after purchasing the it ) to have the item replaced. This is NOT true. I have NEVER taken my car to have it serviced or diagnosed at any other place. This report brings up several concerns that I have: 1) when I purchased my brand new VW Atlas in 2022 the it did NOT have the original or brand new parts as the dealership claims and the dealership is lying to their customers. 2) It makes me question the quality and integrity of the car and dealership. 3) in fact I know for a fact of some questionable and unethical behavior at the Flow dealership in Asheville after a colleague of mine (Whitney Morgan) who has the same car as I, had dropped it off for the weekend to have it serviced (in 2022) and one of the employees at the dealership took it home. She found this out through the app and she happened to check on the status/location of her and it was 25-30 miles away at the employees house. When she confronted the dealership, they wanted her to keep it "quiet" and offered her some free services. It makes me wonder what other "sketchy " and unethical practices are occurring there?!? I do NOT trust this dealership or company and I would not recommend them to any friends, family or colleagues.
