I had an appointment to get my drains cleaned in my sunroof and diagnose a leak. They ended up looking at my brakes and giving me a quote for new ones. I did not bring my car in for this. They also did not clean my drains but said I need a whole new sunroof seal. I made the appointment to get the seal replace but they still could have cleaned my drains.

The representative coordinating communication with me was very professional, responsive, coordinated the visit very well. However, the technician failure to properly complete the work caused what could have been a catastrophic outcome, in addition to a very extensive delay in completion of the work!
