    Overall the people were curious and helpful in the process, however when I initially set up the appointment and was looking to get a loaner vehicle I was told that the update would only take a couple hours. This seemed to be very wrong as I was then told when handed my loaner that it would be 2 days to do the update fully.

    First off John who helped me is a saint. This is in no way a reflection of anyone at Flow in Asheville. It’s the god awful car you embarrassingly call a GTI. I’ve had four GTIs and a Corrado. I’m 45 and I’ve driven nothing but VWs since I was 17 years old. I WILL NEVER own another one and I will get rid of this one the second I possibly can. I’ve actually doubled my payments to get rid of this horrid excuse for a GTI as quickly as possible. VW should be ashamed to put the GTI badge on this car.

    Brought my car in on Wednesday to have it serviced due to a recall I was in and out within 30 minutes and had my car washed as well. Always a pleasure coming to your dealership everyone is always welcoming and very kind and professional.
