I am tired of waiting lengthy periods of time for an appointment, to find out you do not have the fix to repair the recall. I was just there as you know and the next day I received to notices of recalls that were overdue... the corporation sends out these letters and the service department never has the fix, for months!

Had to have my Atlas Cross Sport towed to dealership. It was still under warranty; my biggest complaint is how can a dealership be all out of loaner cars? Left with no vehicle for three days with same reply: we'll call around and try to find you one. Are your vehicles that bad that all loaners from a dealership are in use. Haven't had my vehicle 3 years and this is the third time I've had at the dealership long enough to need a loaner. This doesn't include the times it's had a recall, or the check engine light was on, and I sat and waited for it to be fixed. The first vehicle I ever bought myself was a VW, I was hoping that this would be the last vehicle I ever had to buy myself, I'm 68 yrs old. Now I'm rethinking that.
