The whole process was fine. But i was really upset when I realized that you charged me $99 for labor for changing my wiper blades. That is something you should tell your customers before performing the task. I can do that by myself. The labor was more expensive than the spares. I am not happy about that. Besides you wahed my car but it was completely wet when i picked it up

Yes, when I arrived, for our 90,000 mile check up, John showed me a list of 5 things that my car was "due" for. I questioned the 2nd one on the list, costing about $250 and he went back to his computer and said, oh right, you don't need to have that done yet. He talked all in years, where in the past, I've always heard miles. Then he said we were due for AWD fluid change (third thing on the list), which is due every 3 years. I said, well our car is 4 years old. When did we have it done last? He went back to his computer and came back and said, You had it done at 1 year. Well, why would we have done that if it is every 3 years. He said, he didn't know. I said, we've only had our car serviced here, so someone here must of told us to do it. I said I wanted to look into it before we went ahead with that, another $150. Turns out, we had just had it done in January at 80,000 miles. Does your system really no keep track of what services we've had done and what is due. If I had just said yes to the list John presented me with when we arrived, I would have spent an extra $500 on items that were not due and/or were just done. I was planning on asking to test drive one of your electric Volkswagens yesterday as we are shopping for a new car. But I felt like you were totally trying to scam me yesterday and I was so disappointed. I no longer trust your dealership and I shared my story with many friends yesterday because I was so turned off by this experience. A sad customer and I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Morgan is great rep and is focused on Customer Service as well as the service visit for the vehicle. I am not sure others in the staff actually are focused on the customer. I do have to say that a comp vacuuming of front would be nice.
