Steve was fully prepared for my service. As it was a new-to-me vehicle, he quickly reviewed it's service needs in a friendly, informative manner. I had some add'l questions and he volunteered to research them and provide answers. When I picked up the car, he 1st reviewed the work done, then escorted me to my car. AFterward, he followed up via text and email to ensure all was OK. Polite, friendly & professional

I had a great service with John. I have been particularly nervous anytime I have to go to the dealership because in the past, somethings recommended for my car were absolutely unnecessary. I genuinely didn't want to bring my issue to the dealership or atleast not to FLOW but I was hard pressed. However, my experience with John and technician this time was wonderful
