The service was done on time, with no hanging about - Excellent. There was one improvement opportunity, my headlamp switch is always in Auto, but it was turned off whilst at the dealership and I didn't notice this for several days - please put it back as you found it!

Jackie was fantastic to work with. She really knows the the VW product line and was able to explain all the bells and whistles of the vehicles we test drove. The Sales Manager offered an extended drive to us which was very nice. Zachary made the paperwork process easy as well and explained to additional items we purchased on the vehicle.
